Transparency in every transaction

We hold every order to a high standard — and we ask that you shop with intention. Here's everything you need to know before you buy.

No returns or exchanges

All sales are final at the time of purchase. We do not accept returns for any reason, including change of mind or incorrect selection.

Issues with your order?

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, reach out within 48 hours of delivery and we'll review your case personally.

CelestialGlamor operates a strict no-return, no-exchange policy across all products — lash trays, adhesives, tools, accessories, and digital goods. All purchases are final at the time of transaction.

We do not issue refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or individual reactions to product formulas. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

If you believe there's a problem with your order — damaged packaging, missing items, or fulfillment errors — please contact us at celestialglamor1@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos where applicable. We review every case individually and reserve the right to offer store credit or a replacement at our discretion.

All digital purchases — including eBooks and course materials — are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. Please ensure the product is right for you before purchasing.

Every order is packed with care and shipped with intention. Here's what to expect once your order leaves our hands.

Shipped via USPS

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order is fulfilled.

Tracking confirmation

Your tracking number confirms USPS has your package — not that it's been delivered. Fulfillment and ship date may differ slightly.

Once your order has left our facility, CelestialGlamor is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, misplaced, or stolen by the carrier. Shipping delays caused by USPS, weather, or circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for a refund or replacement.

Wait 24 hours. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered early. Most arrive the following business day.

Check around your property — doors, mailbox, with neighbors, or your building's front desk or package room.

Contact USPS directly. Call your local office, speak with a live representative, and open a missing package investigation.

Email us at celestialglamor1@gmail.com with your order number and USPS case number and we'll assist from our end.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before being handed to USPS. During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Payment details are processed securely through Shopify and are never stored on our servers. We don't sell your information — ever.

You're in control

You can request deletion of your personal data or opt out of marketing at any time by emailing us directly.

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment information is handled entirely by Shopify's secure checkout — we never see or store your card details.

We use your information to process and fulfill your orders, send transactional emails such as order confirmations and tracking updates, and — with your consent — share promotional content and new product announcements.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
